Hotel Nobu Marbella celebrated its sixth anniversary this week, marking six years of elegance and excellence in the luxury hotel industry. Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, this iconic property has impressed guests from all over the world with its distinctive style, impeccable service and unique dining experience.

Japanese celebrity chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa  is known for combining traditional Japanese dishes with Peruvian ingredients, creating a special fusion cuisine that has made him famous – restaurants bearing his name can be found in several countries. In addition, 15 hotels belong to the chain, in the hottest places in the world, from Marbella to Las Vegas.

MEDITERRANEAN ESSENCE

Hotel Nobu Marbella opened in June 2017, and since then has positioned itself as one of the leading luxury hospitality venues in the region. With its avant-garde design, authentic Japanese details and perfect fusion with Mediterranean culture, the hotel has managed to attract the attention of the most discerning travelers and has become a favorite place for lovers of a sophisticated lifestyle. "Guests always want to capture the essence of the location of their trip, and in many cases, due to their schedules, they don't have time to travel to several places," explains Álvaro Sánchez, director of Nobu Marbella, employee of Small Luxury Hotels.

The hotel has spacious rooms and suites, further enhancing the luxury experience of the guests. Each room has been designed with attention to detail and features state-of-the-art equipment, elegant interiors, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea or the hotel's beautiful gardens.

NOBU MARBELLA – CULINARY JOYS

Of course, one of the most outstanding features of Hotel Nobu Marbella is the exceptional culinary offer. The Nobu Marbella restaurant is chef Nobu Matsuhisa's first restaurant in Spain. Led by Chef Eleni Manousou, Nobu's first female executive chef, Eleni Manousou combines traditional Japanese cuisine with Mediterranean touches. Its mission is to create a truly spectacular dining experience, where innovation, taste and luxury are intertwined in perfect harmony. With unwavering commitment, he constantly strives to exceed the expectations of his guests, providing exceptional quality food and unparalleled service on every visit. "After six years at Nobu, I am excited to continue challenging myself and my team to exceed our guests' expectations. Every day is a new challenge and an opportunity to show the best of ourselves in every dish," said chef Eleni Manousou.

PERSONALIZED

Personalized experiences are also essential. "Before their arrival, we contact the customer to find out the reason for the trip, whether it is a honeymoon, or whether he is coming with his family, or whether he is interested in wellness services. This helps us to personalize the holiday," continues Sánchez. "They come with very high expectations, as they are people who have already traveled the world and are familiar with gastronomic and technological trends. Everything has to be thought through to the millimeter. "It happens that the client works a lot and sees little of the family, and this is a big responsibility, because our job is to manage their free time, which is very valuable".

49 LUXURY ROOMS

Nobu Marbella opened its doors in 2017 as a luxury establishment for adults. The hotel is located in the Puente Romano complex and has 49 rooms and suites ranging in size from 45 to 120 square meters.

Robert de Niro has been familiar with the Costa del Sol coast for years, having previously visited Marbella and Estepona several times. The famous actor opened the new hotel and restaurant together with chef Nobu Matsuhisa and producer Meir Teper, thus establishing an even closer connection  with Marbella .

RECOGNIZED BRAND, NOT ONLY IN MARBELLA

Hotel Nobu Marbella is proud to have received several awards over the past six years, including the coveted "Best Luxury Hotel" award at the World Luxury Hotel Awards. These results demonstrate the hotel's unwavering commitment to excellence and to providing a unique experience for each guest. "The awards we have received encourage us to continue in this direction and develop ourselves to continue to provide the best service to all our guests," said Álvaro Sánchez, director of Hotel Nobu Marbella.

With an unparalleled journey and history over the past six years and a focus on excellence, Nobu Marbella has become a true benchmark of sophistication on the Costa del Sol. Celebrating its sixth anniversary, the hotel is always ready to welcome the most demanding travelers and to provide them with an unforgettable experience for many years to come in one of the most exclusive destinations in the world.
